How much will your roof tile repair cost?
Usually we can give you a quick estimate over the telephone for those small roof tile repair jobs and when the problem has been assessed by one of our experienced roofers, we can usually carry out the repair work on the same day too.
If you have noticed emerging problems with the existing roof tile materials installed to your domestic, commercial or industrial property, it is advisable to get them looked into as soon as possible so you do not end up having a completely different repair, more severe and more expensive problems later on.
Call us any time for good advice or you can arrange an appointment for your repairs. We will visit you at your domestic, commercial or industrial premises at a time that fits into your own schedule, we will evaluate the roof tile repair work that needs repairing and give you our trusted no hidden fees free quote for the entire work required at the best price possible.
Usually missing, slipped, or broken tiles are visible from the ground level. We have had a number of customers call our phone to tell us they have a missing tile or a tile has fallen off the roof and onto the ground. When estimating and checking a property for less obvious repairs to a tiled roof like, slippage of tiles, cracks in the tiles and possible nail fatigue, we will probably require access for a ladder so we can get close enough to evaluate the roof repair problems effectively.
If your property has roof tiles missing or slipped, broken and cracked tiles, this is an obvious leakage point on your roof and it is important to get the problem evaluated as soon as possible. A cracked tile may not be that visible from ground level because it can be harder to spot them. Roof tiles with the corners missing or broken off can usually be seen clearly from the ground, but vertical cracks and slipped tiles can be quite hard to see without a closer look at it from a ladder and would be more difficult to give you the right estimate for the work to be carried out.
When we repair and remove tiles from roofs, we sometimes find that the battens have been affected by water penetration and they rot or become dry and brittle over time. This can make it fairly easy to break the battens when using a hammer to remove the nails. Therefore we will take extra care when removing these tiles to prevent any further damage to your roof and battens.
If we come across any battens that are need of replacing we will always include this in the price on the estimate. Occasionally we will need to replace felt underlay that has been affected by water penetration.
We also carry out repairs to lead valleys, lead flashing, lead soaker's, gulleys, chimney back gutters and aprons, hip and ridge tiles, old cast iron gutters, aluminium and uPVC guttering, fascias, barge boards, soffits and cladding, chimney repairs, repointing chimneys, re-bedding chimney pots and fitting cowls.
If the roof is in a poor condition it may require a roof replacement, we can give free estimates for new roofs as well. We also offer free advice and give you all the information on how to proceed with a New Roof Installation . Our highly skilled roofers have more than 25 years experience working in the building industry.
